Terms and Conditions

Contact Us

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website and purchase or use our services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information.

1. General Information

This site is owned and operated by Neurominds Support Ltd, registered at:
The Charing Cross Centre, 17–19 St John Maddermarket, Norwich, NR2 1DN.

If you have any questions about these terms or wish to make a comment or complaint, please contact us at: [email protected]

2. The Contract Between Us

We must receive payment of the full price for the services you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price represents an offer by you to purchase the services, which will be accepted by us only when we send a confirmation of acceptance. At that point, a legally binding contract is created between us.

3. Acknowledgement of Your Order

To enable us to process your order, you must provide a valid email address. We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order and its details. This correspondence does not, however, constitute acceptance of your order.

4. Ownership of Rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Neurominds Support Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying, storing, or reproducing part or all of it, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our prior written permission. You may not modify, distribute, or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

5. Accuracy of Content

We take care to ensure that all information, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them when identified.

6. Damage to Your Computer

We make every effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of the site or any linked websites will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. Except where caused by our negligence, we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this website.

7. Availability of Services

Services will be delivered within the agreed timescale. Unless otherwise stated, time is not of the essence of the contract.

8. Ordering Errors

You can correct any errors in your order up to the point when you click “Submit” during the online ordering process.

9. Price

The prices payable for services are displayed on our website. All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entry.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is taken upon receipt of your order via credit or debit card. We accept no liability for delays in services caused by incorrect payment information. If full payment cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend any further services.

11. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract (the “Cancellation Period”). You do not need to provide a reason and will not incur a penalty, unless we have begun providing the services within this period. If you cancel after work has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services provided up to the date of cancellation.

12. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right not to process your order if we have insufficient staff or resources to deliver the service; we do not provide services in your area, or a service was incorrectly priced due to a typographical error. If your order cannot be processed, we will notify you and refund any payment within 14 days.

13. If There Is a Problem with the Service

If you have any questions or complaints, please contact us at [email protected]. We are legally required to provide services in conformity with this contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Liability

We are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We do not accept liability for losses related to any business activities of yours, such as lost profits, data, or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

15. Notices

All written notices to us must be sent to: Neurominds Support Ltd, The Charing Cross Centre, 17–19 St John Maddermarket, Norwich, NR2 1DN. All notices from us to you will be posted on our website or sent by email.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. You should review them regularly.

17. Law, Jurisdiction and Language

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by English law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

18. Invalidity

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

19. Privacy and Data Protection

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accept no liability for breaches outside our control.

21. Your Rights

You have the right to request that we do not process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise this right by contacting us at any time or by opting out where this option is provided.

22. Third Party Rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer any benefit on, or be enforceable by, any third party.

23. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may consider an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, where an independent body reviews the dispute to seek resolution without going to court.
