This Month's Top Tips!

Anchor Your Day with One “Must-Do”
Choose just
one task that truly matters today. If everything feels important, nothing is. Completing one meaningful task builds momentum without overwhelm.

Externalise Your Memory
Don’t rely on your brain to hold everything. Use sticky notes, alarms, whiteboards or voice notes, tools aren’t a failure, they’re support.

Use Transitions Intentionally
Moving between tasks can be harder than the tasks themselves. Build in short “buffer moments” (a stretch, a drink, a pause) to reset your nervous system.

Match Tasks to Energy, Not the Clock
If focus is higher in the morning, save thinking tasks for then. Use lower-energy times for admin or routine jobs. Productivity isn’t linear.

Make Stopping Visible
Ending tasks can be as tricky as starting them. Use timers, end-of-day rituals, or written “parking lists” to help your brain switch off.
