This course was created by Jan Roberts, an accredited ADHD and neurodiversity coach, trainer, and workplace inclusion specialist.

Jan combines lived experience with professional practice to make understanding neurodivergence clearer, more human, and genuinely easier to apply in everyday life.

Her work is grounded in an evidence-informed, neuro-affirmative approach and shaped by years of supporting individuals, families, schools and organisations. Jan specialises in ADHD while working confidently across the wider neurodivergent spectrum, including Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and related profiles.

With practical tools, real-world examples and supportive guidance, she designed this course to help people move from uncertainty to clarity and equip them to create environments where neurodivergent individuals can shine.
