Jan is an accredited coach and founder of Neurominds and this work is personal. Jan’s journey began with her son’s diagnosis over 25 years ago and continued with her own more recent one. For the past decade, she’s been supporting neurodivergent individuals, bringing together professional training and lived experience.

Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed, are recognising traits in yourself, or simply exploring what fits, this is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself. A space where you will feel validated, maybe for the first time. And we promise there’s no “fixing” here! You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to show up as you.
